Bristol Township Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Bristol Township, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

3. No Consumer Reporting Role

8. Intellectual Property
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a short attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing complete pages or systematically copying the content is not.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Using the service after a revision means that you accept it.
10. Restricting Access
We may block or limit access, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Record access discussed here is subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act of February 14, 2008, P.L. 6, No. 3, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, and to the separate laws and policies that govern court and row-office records.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
